Complaints must always be reported to Helland. We normally have a response time of 2-5 working days. Please ensure that you have provided as complete information about the complaint as possible. We will send a new order confirmation when the matter has been clarified and logistics planned.
The following points must be filled in:
- order number
- photo documentation
- name of contact person as well as telephone number and e-mail address
- reason for complaint
- proposed solution
