Qr code as identifier

Tracking of products has been on the agenda for the past year, and is now being set as a requirement in several tender processes. Helland Møbler has established a solution where all individual products are marked with a unique QR code. By scanning this with a mobile camera, you will gain access to the product's unique configuration. Here it will also be possible to download underlying documentation such as maintenance guide, assembly instructions, drawings etc

For example, a hospital with several hundred rooms spread over several floors may have challenges in determining where the individual pieces of furniture belong if they end up astray. The information in the QR code can contain an exact description of which room and floor the chair belongs to, and thus be a good and time-saving tool.
